This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through RiKVEN(“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This policy is established in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations in the United Arab Emirates.

By placing an order with RiKVEN, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days from the date the product is received.

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, and documentation included.

  • The customer must provide a valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined at the discretion of the Company.


2. Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return request, customers must contact our customer support team at:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photographic evidence (if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect)

Upon approval of the return request, customers will receive instructions regarding the return process, including the appropriate return address and shipping instructions.

Important Notice:
Products returned without prior authorization from RiKVEN will not be accepted.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers are advised to inspect their order immediately upon receipt.

If a product is received that is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective or faulty

  • Incorrect or different from the item ordered

The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team and providing clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Upon verification, RiKVEN may offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Store credit (if applicable)

The final resolution will be determined by RiKVEN after reviewing the claim.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products are not eligible for return or refund. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as food items, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products (including beauty and cosmetic items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable

If customers have concerns regarding the eligibility of a product for return, they are encouraged to contact us prior to completing their purchase.


5. Exchanges

RiKVEN does not offer direct product exchanges.

Customers wishing to obtain a different product must first return the eligible item in accordance with this policy. Once the return is approved, the customer may place a new order for the desired product.


6. Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team, customers will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of their refund request.

If the refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund processing typically requires 7 to 10 business days following approval.

Please note that the time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the policies of the customer’s bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund approval and the refund has not been received, customers should contact us for further assistance.


7. Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item), the following conditions apply:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Any applicable return shipping charges will be communicated to the customer during the return approval process.
